This carbon coating is applied to the gears and the broking system components of the Lever Hoists HITCH in an extremely thin layer, thus ensuring the components have higher strength than steel without the coating. At the same time, the coating reduces friction and wear and tear, which is also important for the durability of the equipment. This has a positive effect on productivity, reducing the possibility of scuffing and pitting, and the level of noise of the hoist. IDENTIFICATION ACCORDING TO MECHANICAL CLASS 

To simplify the determination of modes of loading, the manufacturer has developed technology for marking mechanical HITCH classes. Belonging to a specific mechanical class is indicated by different colors, the equipment used in industry to operate in conditions of high and medium loads is colored black, and corresponds to ML1-M5 classes. The equipment used in industry to operate in conditions of medium and low loads is painted in green and corresponds to the M2 class. 
 

USAGE CLASS OF THE MECHANISM 

Class of use of the mechanism is determined by the expected total duration of operation, calculated in hours, as well as the nominal classes, shown in Table 1:

Loading mode

Load Mode determines the relative duration of work with the equipment in the conditions of maximum or reduced load. Table 2 shows the nominal loading modes. The nominal value of the load factor for the equipment is also determined in Table 2 (the actual value that is closest to the nominal ratio is significant).

The SMART Protection System independently defines lift overload and does not perform lifting. The operator can be assured of absolute safety, because when overloading is triggered the friction clutch, stop the lift, load lock fixedly will not allow it to fall.
